Questions worth answering up front
- What counts as an import?
- One transcript or pasted conversation that Arc reads and extracts decisions from. Reviewing, editing, sending to a client and exporting the ledger are unlimited on every plan — you are only metered on the AI reading new material.
- What happens when I run out?
- Arc tells you which limit you reached and how much of it you had used. Nothing already in the record is touched, your clients keep their links, and monthly allowances reset at the start of the next month.
- Do my clients need a plan?
- No. Clients never sign up and never pay. They open a private link, agree or amend, and that is it — on every plan, including free.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time, and you keep access to the record. See the refunds page for how part-months are handled.
